About

I was born and raised in Maui, Hawaii growing up with a deep desire to be Indiana Jones. Unfortunately, archeology is not like the movies however, photojournalism has a similar sense of exploration and adventure. In 2011, I graduated from Colorado Mountain College with an Associate of Applied Science in Professional Photography.

I worked at the Glenwood Springs Post Independent for two years before moving to Uganda in East Africa to work for CURE International, documenting their pediatric neurosurgical hospital. My goal as a photographer is to make images and stories that have a positive impact on my subjects.
